So we're here today at Flo Bathrooms with Tom Sumner, who's been a long term client and advertiser and friend of mine, working with Blue Bricks magazine for the past two years. We wanted to do this video to demonstrate the collaboration that we're bringing to the market. And if we try to distill some of the advice that we get in blue bricks magazine from every successful investor, developer, and entrepreneur we've ever interviewed.

One of the things that comes up time and time again is working with the right people. Sometimes that means employing the right people. Often times that just means using the right professional services and having the right. For lack of a better term, a team around you. With blue bricks, we really have a great team of architects, planning consultants, accountants, solicitors, financiers and people that help our members with their property projects.

So, we help do all the legals in terms of the in the premises. We've also helped Tom on various other matters around, you know, structure, business and things like that. As a full service law firm, we obviously advise property investors on the full spectrum of work with us buying property, leasing property, joint ventures and alike. And for those involved in property, you really understand that a lot of those people are successful when dealing with property. It is about collaboration. And we're delighted to be a part of that. We've done work with various people involved in Blue Bricks, other advertisers and and been involved in various of events. And we're not even part of that transaction because the person who wins in the end is the property investor who wants to create wealth for themselves and their family through property, where firm believer that Roman relationships are everything because ultimately relationships underpin good business and we're all here to do good business.

And if you can do business with people you know you like and you trust you really winning the battle to be able to build something that's really sustainable for you as an individual, and it's great to see all the people doing well. Where's your doing well as well. So and introducing people with confidence to say there's nothing in it for us as a lender, however, speak to this lawyer or speak to this failure, or speak to this property professional within this area because they will know how to answer that particular question.

Even if that customer doesn't come back round, then we're adding value back into that ecosystem. What Blue Bricks enables people to do is share a space where we can all collaborate effectively without competing. It's not a competition place. It's about knowing that we've all got our own strengths, we've all got our own niches as a business, and it's enabling and elevating each other up to provide real, good, scalable growth for all of us on that property.

As a developer myself, and spent so much money and time, on the sort of bathroom area, floor and space and everything, I decided to set my own place up. And obviously with being part of Blue Bricks, I think the collaboration side is super, super important. And obviously using and being around the right people and obviously Blue Bricks is, is sort of created that collaboration.

So we used quite a few people from there. So, us and Harrison, for all the soliciting and all the, technical agreements that we've used, to, to make purchases and, and create deals like I do, with these roam finance on a multiple projects, which obviously they are an amazing other amazing team and do an amazing job.

Hence why I use them, because it saves a lot of my time, because it's so efficient. With house builders as well. I got an amazing, amazing service.
