This months speaker, Scott Williams, is sharing the ups and downs of property investing. From making £100,000 from one leaflet (he’ll also share the design of the leaflet) to purchasing a plot of land which had massive planning delays and has inevitably ended up costing him money. Scott discusses the process, or what some people call ‘the journey’ and why things aren’t as simple and as straightforward as they’re made to seem online. Scott began his property journey in 2015 as an apprentice and quickly built a reputation for spotting opportunities and driving success. By 2019, he had purchased his first property and soon went on to co-found an award-winning finance brokerage, which he exited in 2023.
In 2024, Scott launched the Property Developer Show, which has since grown 300% year-on-year, becoming a hub for developers, investors, and service providers. To date, he has invested in 10 property deals, raised over £1.2m in private funding, and continues to push for innovation and growth in the property sector.
